The precise drive via ball bearing spindle in material feed guarantees an accurate material length positioning. Frequency controlled spur gear driving with overload monitoring and clamping pressure monitoring for blade clamping and both vices belong to the standard equipment for working processes regarding cutting of individual pieces, smaller and average lot sizes and large series. An infinitely variable electromechanic saw feed with servomotor and ball bearing spindle offers the best conditions for an efficient, sensitive and tool-saving cutting operation.
